Who is Jerry Paskowitz?

I have been passionate about photography and visual art since I was very young. The way that colour and light combine to form images have been a source of wonder and excitement that I translate into something to be enjoyed by others as well. Although I started “taking pictures” as a hobby, I soon found that I was able to capture events and scenes that other people enjoyed seeing. Through the study of the art and science of photography and experience, my skills have improved. As a “FotoMacher” I have photographed a number of “life events” and portraits but my real passion is outdoor and landscape work. I have been lucky enough to have travelled in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa, cameras in hand, to find interesting and unique subject material.

I have done some teaching and lecturing on photographic techniques and the historical development of photography.
